As of September 2008, a dress code is now mandated for Dr. A. Pantoja CSAE #18. All students enrolled in the school must wear either red or white polo shirts or dress shirts (collared), and black or navy pants (dickies are acceptable). Jeans and T-shirts are absolutely prohibited and pants must be worn at the waist. Girls may opt to wear skirts, but they must be no more than 3 inches above the knee. Students who are not dressed in uniform will be assigned afterschool detention. This policy is in effect since over 85% of our parents agreed that they would like to see uniforms worn. We will also continue to follow the district policy stating that sweatshirts with hoods are not allowed to be worn in school. We want our students to be successful in the global society, therefore, it is our responsibility to not only continue to improve academic performance, but also to teach them the professionalism needed for the work place. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have any questions please feel free to call the school.
