PHASE III
The third phase of the Joint Schools Construction Board (“JSCB”) includes 9 Schools at a cost estimated to reach $326 million. Phase III projects will be divided into two separate bond issues (Phase IIIa and IIIb). Financing for Phase IIIa was completed in August of 2007. Hillary Park Academy (#27), Bennett Park Montessori (#32), South Park High School (#206) and Burgard High School (#301) will be reconstructed in the this 1st portion of Phase III. The second portion will include #43 Academy, the International School (#45), Herman Badillo Bilingual School (#76), City Honors High School (#195) and Riverside High School (#205).
