City Honors was founded in 1975 for academically gifted and talented high school students. Today it offers students AP courses as well as a full IB Diploma Program, and is nationally recognized for its high academic ranking. City Honors School also includes middle school grades 5-8. Presently, CHS is implementing MYP (Middle Years Program) of international education.
