“Ticket to Read” is a fantastic web resource for students to practice fluency and comprehension. The students will work on this site at school. They can also access it from home with an internet connection by going to www.tickettoread.com. Students’ reading levels have been matched to their DIBELS scores. The children will be given reading material that is appropriate for them. All they need to do is enter their user name and password, which were sent home with every student. If you need the password and user name, please contact your child’s teacher. You may also contact the Building Reading teachers, Mr. Grannell or Ms. Townsell, at Highgate Heights (816-4050) for information on this program.
