If you lost your packet or need additional information, contact our school sales person, Mr. Tom McGrath, 716.688.4077 or by e-mail at mcgratt@jostens.com Senior Picture Deadlilne Deadline to take your Senior Portrait is November 19, 2009 Yearbook Yearbooks must be ordered and paid for in advance. The cost will depend on the date you place your order. $45.00 due on or before December 23, 2009 $50.00 due on or before April 16, 2010 $55.00 due after April 16, 2010 Cap & Gown Seniors will be measured for graduation "Cap & Gown" on Thursday, November 5, 2009 during 1st, 2nd and 3rd lunches. We will schedule another day early in 2010. Watch the daily bulletin, we will post the date when it has been set. Class Dues $50.00 which covers the cost of cap & gown, diploma, and all other expenses associated with graduation, class day and other senior class obligations. Only Cash, Money Order, or official bank checks made payable to McKinley High School will be accepted. Dues may be paid in full on January 8th or on the following installment plan: Payment # 1 - $25.00 due on or before January 8, 2010 Payment # 2 - $25.00 due on or before March 12, 2010 Class Day Friday, June 4th 9am until 11am in the McKinley High School Prom Friday, June 4th 7pm until 12midnight at the Adam's Mark Hotel-Buffalo, 120 Church Street. Tickets are $50.00 each and will go on sale during 2nd semester. Price includes full buffet, soda, music and gift bag. Pictures are an additional expense. All Prom Tickets must be paid for by Wednesday, May 5th. Prom tickets may be paid for in the following installment plan. 1/2 Payment # 1 - Reservation fee - $25.00 for each ticket by March 30, 2009 Final or Balance Payment # 2 - Due on or before May 5th, 2010 Graduation Thursday, June 24th at 1pm in the McKinley High School Auditorium
