Dr. Seuss Day was celebrated at Roosevelt ECC #65 on Friday, February 27th. Activities went all day long as students and staff celebrated the life and works of this amazing author whose birthday is typically celebrated on March 2nd, which is officially termed "Read Across America Day". Activities pictured on this page include: Art Activities with Mr. E, going to Seussville in the Computer Lab, viewing of "Horton Hears a Who", Green Eggs-N-Ham with our parent volunteers, and guest readers Maria Whyte of the Erie County Assembly and Councilman Joseph Golumbek of the Buffalo Common Counsel. A special thank you to all of our parent and grandparent volunteers! This day would not have been nearly as special without you!
