First Grade

We are learning the short vowel sounds to build, blend and read new words in first grade. We are also learning how to write and read complete sentences. In math we are learning how to manipulate cubes, pattern blocks and geoblocks to count and to explore number sense.
Please, remember to check your child's daily behavior calendar that is inside the homework notebook. This will help your child to learn self-control and responsibility.
