The Emerson School of Hospitality is a unique high school learning environment that blends academics, culinary arts, and food industry career training. It's a distinctive part of the Buffalo (NY) Public School district.
We are also a proud participant in the Wegmans Youth Program, an innovative and challenging 3 year work-study program that offers 1500+ hours of paid, school-supervised work experience, supported by related instruction at school. Students may receive high school credits for this experience. For information about the program and how it came to be, please view the Program Information page.
For information on Emerson Commons Food Court and this week's menu, please view the Emerson Commons page.
