Black History Month Celebrations
Please join us as Harvey Austin Elementary celebrates Black History throughout the month of February. On Friday February 3rd the Honorable Judge E. Jeannette Ogden will speak from 1:00 - 1:30. The Honorable Judge James A.W. McLeod will speak on Thursday February 9th from 2:00 - 2:30. Karima Amin, the renowned storyteller will give two performances on Monday February 13th. BPS Black History Student Art Exhibit Opens January 30 at HSBC Center
Starting this January 30th, the BPS Art Education Department will be
exhibiting student work at One HSBC Center celebrating Black History
Month in our annual "Buffalo Public Schools Black History Month Student Art Exhibit at One HSBC Center," closing February 28th, 2012. Banking Returns at Harvey Austin
Banking is back! SEFCU has stepped forward and will take over the banking program here at Harvey Austin. Applications have been sent home with your child. Students that banked with First Niagara may switch their accounts over to SEFCU or start a new account. Banking will take place on Tuesdays mornings at Harvey Austin.
