BPS Employee Order Form

To make sure your event is a success, please start the approval process at least 30 days in advance.

Please download and use this fillable form if you are using a BPS purchase order number. Once you complete the order form please attach to the MUNIS requisition and email both to Matthew Just at MJust@BuffaloSchools.org. The requisition number must be entered on the catering order form.
