Ticket to Read is a fantastic new web resource for students to practice fluency and comprehension. At this time, all Grade 2 & Grade 3 students are enrolled. Grade 1 students will be added in February. The students will work on this site at school, and they can also access it from home with an internet connection by going to www.tickettoread.com. The reading level for each student has been matched to their Dibels scores, so each student is given reading material that is appropriate them individually. All they need to do is enter their user name and password, which were sent home with every student in December. If you need the password and user name, please have your child ask for their teacher for it, or contact the Reading First office at Southside by EMailing SWebster@buffaloschools.org.
