ELA Classroom Management and Organization for Middle School:
Teachers will learn how to set up and manage their ELA classrooms effectively. The target audience is teachers with three or less years of experience, though all 7th-8th grade ELA teachers are welcome

LANGUAGE! Dream Series
LANGUAGE! Dream Series: Introductory Level: LANGUAGE! teachers are introduced to the Dream Series for LANGUAGE! students. This set of books are high interest, low readability. The PLO is meant for teachers who teach LANGUAGE! and teachers must attend the course in order to receive this free set of books. Middle school teachers ONLY. Please bring students' DRP scores with you.

Science Grade 7/8 Explicit Instruction 2:4
PGS Course #523. Participants will gain knowledge in the 5 essential attributes of Explicit Instruction. Through modeled lessons they will be trained to incorporate this strategy into the science classroom. There will be special emphasis placed on writing measurable objectives.

Science Elementary Sharing K-6 Part 2:4
PGS Course #514. Come to BPDTC room 453 and network with the teachers in your grade level. Bring your best lessons, activities, demonstrations, techniques, technological implications and pedagogy to share and exchange with your colleagues. Or you can come with an open mind to learn new and exciting things to add to your classroom lessons/strategies.
Disclaimer: We will meet once every marking period to discuss and share specific topics following the BPS pacing guide. By the end of the 4 workshops you will have a binder full of new and exciting lessons to enhance your student’s academic achievement.
