Our Mission Statement

The West Hertel School community promotes a safe and respectful learning environment that focuses on literacy, math, and social skill to inspire all students to reach their highest academic potential.

1.  What do students need to know and be able to do?

2.  How do we know they have learned it?

3.  What will we do when they have not learned it?

4.  What will we do when they already know it?

 

State Assessments
In order to better prepare our students for the upcoming English Language Arts (ELA) and Math State Assessments, students in grades 3~8 will be receiving "ELA Test prep" and "Math Test Prep" packets.
