I am the 8th grade life science teacher along with being  the Regents Living Environment classroom/lab teacher. 

There are many areas to the website that I know you will find great value in.  My goal is to make the website not just a tool for me, as the teacher, to connect with parents, but also a learning tool and resource for the students.                       

      Note: Requirements for Regents Exam

 A minimum of 1200 minutes of hands on labatotory experiences with satisfactory lab reports are required before entry into the NYS Regents Examination.

Lab grading:  Grades in lab are S (satisfactory) or U (unsatisfactory).

Any grades during the first 3 marking periods are an indication of a student's progress toward the final and most important 4th marking period lab grade.  To be eligible to take the exam a living environment must have an S (1200) as a grade for the final marking period.
