Required Immunizations for the
2022-2023 School YearAvoid the back-to-school rush at your students’ doctor’s office. Schedule a visit now for their annual physical examination and to ensure they are up-to-date with their NYS mandated immunization requirements. Students without proper immunizations will be excluded from school starting September 21, 2022 in accordance to NYS Public Health Law 2164. Updated records can be sent to medicalrecords@buffaloschools.org
