Recruitment Incentive Program 2022-2023

• Teachers selected may receive a $3,400 recruitment incentive award each year up to a maximum of 4 years (dependent upon continued satisfactory employment and funding).
• Recent first time BPS hires in Art, Career & Technical Education, Dance, ELA, ENL and Bilingual, Hearing Impaired, Library/School Media Specialist, LOTE, Mathematics, Music, Reading and Literacy, Science, Social Studies, Special Education, Speech, and Theater may be eligible.  See the program information file below.
