How do I make an outside call?

• Dial 8 and then the number you wish to call

Why can’t I reach someone when I dial their 4 digit extension?

• 4 digit extensions that begin with 1 only work within the building
• 4 digit extensions that begin with 3, 4, or 7 will work for buildings that are converted

TIP: Try dialing it as an outside line “8, 816-xxxx”

• Use Left arrow key to go to menu display
• Press Settings button (white soft key)
• Press Set button (white soft key)
• Press Ringing button (white soft key)
• Press Level button (white soft key)
• Press + or – keys to change volume (by the mute button)
• Press OK button to submit change
