    Phone: Search the District Directory

    If you want to call someone and you do not know their number, you can make the call using the District Directory. Learn how search the District Directory from your phone for a number or extension. Just enter the first letters of the name of the person you would like to reach. Follow the steps below.


    To place the call, using Method 1:
    1 Enter the first letters of the name of the surname or first name of the party you would like to reach.
    2 Select the type of search you want:
    • Last Name
    • Last Name and First Name*
    • Initials*

    This displays the names of all the parties meeting your search criteria in the district directory.
    3 Select the name from the directory, using the left-right navigator to scroll through the list
    4 Click OK. Make the call!
    *Names must be entered in format name/space/first Name
     

    To place the call, using Method 2:
    1 Click OK to generate list of names in the district directory.
    2 Using the up-down navigator to search the district directory.
    3 Press the key associated with the party to call.
      Note: You can modify your search at any time. Press the back/exit key.
