    Course Outline: 

    The Physical Education Program includes a wide variety of the skills our students need to be successful and to participate in a regular fitness program.  Everyone is invited to try each and every activity.  Some activities/skills include:

    Personal Space/Body Awareness
    Speed Stacks
    Kicking
    Striking with Implements 
    Jumping and Landing
    Loco-motor Skills
    Throwing/Catching
    Fitness Concepts and Activities 
    Rhythm and Dance
