• Spending 80% of my time working with teachers

    • Providing Professional Learning Opportunities [PLO] and guidance to teachers to improve their content knowledge and instructional strategies

    • Meeting with the principal once a week to review data, coordinate support, and establish grade level agendas

    • Collaborating with classroom teachers to administer instruction that is explicit and systematic

    • Modeling the teaching of instructional strategies and programs

    • Coordinating scoring administration of the ELA NYS assessments

    • Coordinating the benchmarking and progress monitoring of DIBELS assessments

    • Coordinating the distribution and collection of Reading/ELA materials
