  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Payroll Department will be closed to ALL visitors. All correspondences and requests will need to be e-mailed to Payroll@buffaloschools.org.

     

    If you are in need of your pay stubs or W-2s:

    • Include your request in the subject line
    • Include your employee ID number or the last four digits of your social security number
    • State what year or the date of which W-2 or pay stub you need

     

    If you'd like to switch your direct deposit or update your withholdings:

    • Go the "Forms" page to the left
    • Download the direct deposit form or federal/state withholding form
    • E-mail completed form to PayrollChangeRequest@buffaloschools.org

     

    If you have a question regarding your step, sick pay out, or salary, please contact the Wages & Salary Department in Human Resources at 716-816-3580 or HRWageandSalary@buffaloschools.org.

     

    Please note that all extra activity will be submitted via e-mail to ExtraActivity@buffaloschools.org. Instructions on the extra activity process can be found under the "Extra Activity - Overtime Process" page.

     

    For any other requests, be sure to be specific in your e-mail message regarding your request.
