CARDIO WORKOUT WEEK #4 (8/31/20 – 9/6/20)
- CARDIO: 15-minutes Run as far as you can without stopping
- Write down the Date & How Far you ran

Goal is to run at least 2 miles in the 15 minutes - Cool Down: Remember to properly stretch

o Run 200m as fast as you can (should be between 25 to 32 seconds)
