The public library system is a great resource for all members of our community. Citizens of all ages can access the public libraries at no charge for books, movies, music, and educational and cultural programs.
The Buffalo and Erie County Public Library is composed of a Central Library, eight city branches, and 22 member libraries throughout Erie County. The library system provides information and educational resources to all Erie County residents at no cost.
Library Card Applications - Applications are available in numerous languages. Appliactions can be brought to any public library branch for processing.
BECPL Catalog - Direct link to the BECPL Catalog. Search for books, movies, music, ebooks, and audio books from this location. Materials found at one branch can be transferred to other branches upon request.
BECPL Teen Services - Teen events, college and career resources, and school reading lists can be found at this location.
