The students at School 61 are getting ready to celebrate Native American Heritage Month (November). 

-PreK students are making Totem Poles. 

-Kindergarteners are making Navajo Rugs. 

-First Graders are making Inuit stone sculptures and Inuit bird drawings.  -

-Second Graders are making coil pots. 

-Third Graders are making dream-catchers with woven centers. 

-Fourth Graders are creating story necklaces.
