Reading books aloud to your children is a great way for children to learn about books:- Which is the front and back
- Print Direction
- There are spaces between words
It doesn't matter what language you use or if the direction of print is not the same as English! Every child benefits from basic book awareness. So start reading!
Reading aloud is also a great way for you to spend quality time with your child!
