1. Test corrections are always due the day after a test is handed back to students.

2. Corrections must be written out on a sheet of loose leaf paper and stapled to the test.

3. The entire question must be written out, followed by the correct answer choice (also written out in full).*

4. The test corrections must be signed by a parent/guardian.

*Diagrams and pictures in the question do not need to be drawn except in questions that require students to draw something by way of a question response.
