Buffalo Promise Neighborhood has been selected to implement a Restart Model at Highgate Heights, bringing $4.5 million in new resources into the school over the next three years! Join us on Thursday, April 11 at 6pm to learn about the new initiatives that will be coming to Highgate and provide Buffalo Promise Neighborhood with your feedback!
Major design elements include:
- Developing, managing, and integrating practices and programs to support each student’s readiness to learn
- Helping Highgate students arrive at school each day ready to learn
- Increasing Highgate students’ readiness to learn once they are at school
- Creating a system where teachers are ready to teach to individual student levels and needs
- Prepare and support teachers to be ready to teach in this new system
