Welcome to the 2013-14 School Year!  I am very excited to be working with your child this year.  My purpose as a speech therapist is to maximize your child's ability to communicate effectively at school, at home and throughout various places in the community. We will focus on functional vocabulary skills as well as all aspects of social communication.  In keeping with the Habilitatation and Treatment Model here at School #84, I will be collaborating with your classroom teacher reinforcing language skills within the classroom setting while still focusing on Individualized (IEP) goals.
