These are drastic times so PLEASE PRACTICE SAFETY BY KEEPING YOUR HANDS WASHED EACH TIME YOU ENTER YOUR HOME AND PRACTICE SOCIAL DISTANCING. I miss all of my students. I want all of you to continue doing math and reading assignments. It is important to stay focused. Practice makes perfect.We are working on three-digit addition and subtraction. Please continue working with your child using the vertical method or the place value strategy that we practice in class everyday. Students can also google, "multiplication charts" to practice multiplying for their upcoming grade.Ask your child to write four (4) sentences about what they learned. This gives you a chance to review their writing. Are they using the C.U.P.S. strategy. This acronym stands for Capitalization, Usage - (does it make sense), Punctuation, and Spelling. This format is used in the classroom everyday.Your effort is greatly appreciated.ELA AND MATH LESSONS ARE POSTED ON MY CALENDAR.SCIENCE LESSONS ARE NOW ON MOBY MAX!!! SIGN INTO CLEVER WITH YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD. COMPLETE ONE LESSON A DAY. CHECK IT OUT!!!Math and ELA lessons are posted on My Calendar. PLEASE share completed assignments on Class Dojo. I would love to see your work. LET'S STAY IN TOUCH!!PLEASE GO TO SCHOOL WED. 4/15/20 TO PICK UP ELA LESSONS ALONG WITH LUNCHES.MATH MODULES (MOD 6) SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT HOME IN MARCH. WE ARE STILL WORKING IN MODULE 6. MOST STUDENTS SHOULD HAVE THIS MOD. SO ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS LOOK AT THE CALENDAR TO SEE WHICH DAILY LESSON YOU SHOULD COMPLETE. THERE ARE ADDITIONAL ASSIGNMENTS TO PICK UP ON 4/15/20.There is a new and exciting website called, "SEESAW." It is used to keep students engaged during this time of remote learning. I uploaded a lot of exciting activities for students. Go to: app.seesaw.me in Google or Firefox.As this year comes to an end, I need all parents to continue submitting student work. I wish all of my students much success in the upcoming school year. PRACTICE MULTIPLYING so you can be prepared for 3rd grade. Don't forget to always respond to literature using EVIDENCE BASED information. I MISS YOU. STAY SAFE!
