7th Grade - Kitchen Management Skills

  •  7th Grade - Pancake Food Lab

    After an introductory lesson of kitchen management skills, the 7th graders prepared pancakes.  They  read and followed package directions, enjoyed pancakes and beverage, and then used kitchen management skills to wash dishes, clean kitchen and set the table. For this first foods lab, on the first day half the class prepared and the other half completed folder work. On the second day the groups switched places.
