The New York State Higher Education Services Corporation (HESC) is New York's student financial aid agency. They have the programs, information and resources to help you afford college.

HESC administers the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) and more than a dozen other grants and special awards. They also guarantee student and parent loans as part of the Federal Family Education Loans program.
