The John R. Oishei Scholarship Program provides partial tuition and fees to economically disadvantaged minority high school students in the Buffalo area. One incoming freshman is selected to receive a partial schoalrship to each of the sixteen school sthat participate in the Buffalo Independent Secondary School Network (BISSNET). Specific application information is available directly from each individual school.
