COAP Summer Program in Business & Accounting

ATTENTION JUNIORS: Students interested in accounting or business careers should pick up an application from Guidance for the summer program offered by the UB School of Management & NYS Society of Certified Public Accountants. The program is for minority students, is free, and runs from 6/27 through 6/30. Students will participate on workshops to learn skills for working in business or accounting, and is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to pursue those careers. Look for information on the Guidance Website or come to guidance to pick up information and applications. Workshops cover such topics as finance, accounting, technology, business communication skills, resume and interviewing preparation & the college application process. There will be field trips to local public accounting and corporate offices.
