If you are interested in participating in the BPS testing program, please create your account with Affinity via the link below.   We are scheduled to randomly select 30% of whoever enrolls in the program weekly.  It is a free service that reports only on positive cases right to your private email.  If you do not receive a positive result within the first 48-72 hours, assume that you have received a negative result.  Testing occurs every Thursday and all samples get shipped immediately via FED-EX to Affinity's lab. This is also an easy and painless test that does not require inserting a swab deep into the nasal cavity.

This program is NOT for those who want to receive an immediate result whenever they exhibit any cold-like symptoms.
