Carpentry and Career and Financial Management - 2016 -2017 School Year
Today, there are many career options open to students offering satisfying jobs, financial rewards and unlimited opportunity for advancement. But all of those jobs require skills and technical training unheard of a generation ago.
Career and Technical Education programs integrate rigorous academics with relevant career and technical skills, as well as, workplace attitudes and behaviors.
In our classroom we utilize group research, written design briefs, sketches and technical drawings for learning carpentry theory and application. Topics include:

- Doors and Windows
- Suspended Ceilings
- Blue Print Reading
- Framing Using Wood and Metal
