Attention All Swim Students
To maintain your health and fitness during the time you won't be attending school we have developed the following workout routine that should be completed 5 days a week.
All Exercises can be completed in segments throughout the day.
Complete at least 5 sets of 10 pushups.
Complete at least 5 sets of 20 crunches.
Complete 5 sets of 10 walking lunges.
Complete 5 sets of 10 side lunges.
Run in place for 5 minutes continuously.
Body Weight Squats
Complete 5 sets of 10 squats.
