    PHONES: Conference Calls
    Did you know that we have the ability through our phones to have up to a 6 person conference without calling the help desk to set it up?

    Phone


    1. Press **6 on your phone.
    2. Create a PIN, up to 8 numbers to share with participants.
    3. You will be on hold until someone else joins.
    4. Share the PIN with the participants.
    5. They will dial **6, then enter the PIN.
    6. They are announced with a beep and are conferenced in.

    This is a great way to have quick meeting without needing anything but the phone on your desk.
