Office of Shared Accountability Surveys

  • The Office of Shared Accountability will be administering a number of surveys to Staff, Students, and Parents during the 2019-2020 school year in an effort to assess the success of a number of the Buffalo Public Schools' initiatives. Information about each survey, as well as links to the surveys (when available), are available by clicking on the name of each survey below or in the Survey Calendar menu on the sidebar.

  • What you need to know: 

    The survey(s) are voluntary.  You may choose to take them or not to take them. You do not have to answer any questions you do not want to answer, and you can stop taking the survey at any time without penalty.

    Who will see your answers?

    The results of these surveys are confidential. Your identity will not be linked with data.  The surveys are anonymous. The data you provide will be used by the Office of Shared Accountability to create reports about the topics above.

    Are there risks or benefits associated with taking this survey?

    There are no benefits associated with taking the survey and there are no anticipated or known risks involved.

    Many of the survey windows have been extended in view of the ongoing school closures due to Covid-19. The information below was updated on March 27, 2020.


     While participating in the surveys is voluntary, we would highly appreciate your participation. Collecting these data will help us develop a better understanding of different aspects of the Buffalo Public Schools.
