  • Hutchinson Central Technical High School (HCTHS) is a college preparatory, pre-engineering STEM high school. The curriculum is geared for entrance into schools of engineering and/or the training for entry-level positions in current technical fields.

Hutch-Tech also offers a selection of college prep courses including Advanced Placement classes that challenge students with the rigor required to be successful in any post-secondary program.

Though Hutch Tech is known for its academics, we also enjoy notable success in athletics, music, Army JROTC, and many extra-curricular club activities.  Students at Hutch Tech learn and perform to the best of their ability and take advantage of all that Hutch Tech has to offer.  They gain the knowledge to acquire the skill in order to hold the power to create their future.  This is the focus of the Hutch Tech family.
