Doing Business with the BPS
Interested in doing business with the Buffalo Public Schools? The BPS invites all businesses and organizations to participate in the procurement process. The District seeks contracts with vendors who provide high quality goods and services at competitive prices and in a timely fashion.
The BPS Purchase Department assists all departments and schools with the acquisition of goods and services, the development of bid specifications, the selection of bidders and the awarding of contracts to vendors.
Vendors should regularly monitor the Purchase Department's website at buffaloschools.org/purchasedept/bids for new solicitations that are of interest to their organization. No guarantee is made or implied that the District will notify vendors of any current or upcoming bids.
