• What is the Kids Heart Challenge?

Building on key learnings from 41 years in America’s schools, the Kids Heart Challenge focuses on whole-body wellness, helping students improve their own health and better their character while raising life-saving donations for the American Heart Association to help kids facing heart-health issues.

Kick Cabin Fever to the Curb!

With schools closed and many parents working from home, the need for healthy in-home solutions is more important than ever. That’s why the American Heart Association – through its Kids Heart Challenge and American Heart Challenge – is helping families stay active, healthy, and happy by Kicking Cabin Fever to the Curb. This Virtual experience includes a 10-day challenge, featuring fun, engaging activities that will not only help combat a case of cabin fever, but it will also allow students and parents to stay connected while not together at school.

    Take the Challenge!

The Kids Heart Challenge is a fun and exciting event where your student learns about their heart while helping others by raising money for the American Heart Association. It prepares your child for success through physical and emotional well-being.

Each Challenge will be listed below: Please click on each Day to view the challenge. Within the file, there will be links for you to select to view videos and activities. I will be posting one each day to help motivate you and your family to stay active.
