Second Address Form

  • Students who will need to be picked up from daycare or taken to daycare instead of their home address, should complete the second address form online at BPS Second Address Form. More information regarding BPS student transportation can be found at BPS Student Transportation. Transportation related questions can be emailed to our Assistant Principal, Dr. Unseld Robinson @ URobinson@buffaloschools.org or by calling the Main Office at 816-3440.

Bus Terminal Phone Numbers

  • If a parent or guardian is looking for their child's bus because it is late or did not come, please utilize the numbers below to call the terminal that your child's bus belongs to. The phone numbers are organized by bus numbers. Please ensure you are aware of the bus number for your child's morning and afternoon bus.

Student Release Form

  • If your child is old enough to walk home alone, you must sign a release form in order for the school to dismiss your child(ren) without a parent signing him or her out at the end of the day. 

    Call the Main Office to request a release form. Once this is submitted, your child(ren) will be released at 3:30 with "walker" students.
