    I was fortunate enough to complete the Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy training in October 2020. I am sharing the coursebook because little has been written about yoga as a personal-growth tool. This book blends yoga and mind-body psychology to bridge the gap between body and soul. Present centered awareness and insight into the mind-body connection are utilized to learn to apply the tools of yoga in an individualized and direct experience.

    It is an excellent way to mindfully experience and embrace life!
