    Dear Parents, 

     
    I wanted to take the time to introduce myself. I am Mr. Celi and I have been teaching in early childhood education for over 20 years. I am so excited to get a chance to work with you and your child this year. As it has been said many times before " it takes a village to raise a child " and we both need to work together to make the best education for our child. 
     
    We will be working on ELA topics including: Letter recognition and sounds, beginning sounds in words, blending sounds to make words, dissection of words to hear the sounds in words letter sound by letter sound, sounding out words, knowing sight words and building vocabulary.
     
    As for Math we will be: counting numbers up to 100, one to one counting of objects, shapes and colors.
