It is imperative that the Health Office has a copy of your child's health and immunization records on time. These records can be brought to school, mailed to school, or faxed (838-7448) to school.

If your child must recieve medication while at school, please be sure to read over this information in our Family Handbook (available on our webpage).

**In order for a child to receive medication at school, the School Nurse must have the proper release signed by the parent and have a script from the doctor.
