¡Bienvenidos a la clase de Español!

My name is Magdalena Sidell and I will have the pleasure of taking your child on a journey through the exciting world of foreign language learning. This year, I will be teaching Level 1 Spanish to various grade levels.

I was born and raised in Poland, and educated in Spain, Ireland and USA. I received my B.S. in Elementary Education and M.S. in Educational Computing, both from Buffalo State College in Buffalo, NY. Before joining BPS family few years ago, I taught for four years at Nichols School in Buffalo, and various Buffalo Charter schools.

My focus this year will be on getting my students excited about learning Spanish language and instilling in them the understanding of the diverse Spanish culture through meaningful instruction and real-life experiences.
