NPCS Arrival & Dismissal

  • Please be sure you are familiar with our arrival & dismissal procedures at NPCS. There are cheat sheets below with the map of our plans. There are detailed procedures in the NPCS Family Handbook to refer to. If you have any questions, please reach out to the Main Office at 816-3440.

    **Any student who has an adjustment in their pick-up, parents must call the Main Office by 2:00 PM.

    IMPORTANT: ARRIVAL & DISMISSAL PROCEDURES WILL BE MODIFIED ONCE RENOVATION (ADDITION) IS COMPLETED.

     

     


Dismissal Pointers

    • Bring your pick-up tag EVERYDAY with you to pick up your students. 
    • If you do not have your tag and we do not know you yet, we will ask for Government ID.
    • If you need more pick-up tags, call our Main Office at 816-3440 to send home with your child. 
    • Any updates to dismissal, you must call the Main Office to inform our staff. 
    • If you are walking, once your student comes outside please be sure to immediately move away from the pick-up area.
    • The pick-up line is ONE WAY and you should remain in your vehicles. 
    • Students will be called outside once the parent arrives. 
    • While students are still getting acclimated with needing to leave their staging area once called, we thank you for your patience.

  • REMINDERS:

    • Don't forget your pick-up tag from NPCS during dismissal
    • Remember to tell the Main Office if there is a change in your child's dismissal (by 2:00 pm) 
    • Dismissal is FROZEN between 3:00-3:30 pm
    • Arrival AFTER 9:15 am is TARDY and those students must be brought to the Main Office to be signed in by adult
