Mission Statement
The Buffalo Public Schools’ Office of Pupil Personnel Services conducts Superintendent Long Term Suspension hearings in accordance with Education Law 3214 and New York State Commissioner’s regulations. The office ensures that every student is afforded due process rights and a fair and impartial Long Term suspension hearing.
