Hello!  My name is Mary Monahan. I am originally from a small town in the Adirondack Mountains. I moved to Western New York in 2006 to attend the University at Buffalo and to get my teaching degree. I graduated with my Master's Degree in 2012. 

I live with my husband and my golden retriever, Taco. I love anything that lets me spend time outdoors, reading books that teach me something new and spending time with my loved ones. 

I have taught at Frank A. Sedita Academy since 2014. I am so excited about being your child's third grade teacher this year. I love our school and I love our students. My favorite thing to teach is math. My goal this year is to instill a love of learning and excitement for school in your child.
