I am writing to inform you of some important and positive changes to the 2017-2018 school year schedule.  In the upcoming school year, there will be an additional 25 minutes added on to the instructional day. This will change the school dismissal schedule slightly.  With this change, busses will need to depart early schools at 2:55 in order to arrive at the late schools in a timely fashion. Because School 37 is an early school, we will begin the dismissal process at 2:25, in order to accommodate the bus departure at 2:55. So, instead of our busses leaving School 37 at 2:30 as they have in the past, buses will now depart 25 minutes later, at 2:55. We wanted to give you this information promptly so that you can make any adjustments to your schedule that are necessary.
